Make-Your-Own Muesli

  • Servings 10-20 (1/4 cup or 1/2 cup servings)

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup Sun-Maid California Sun-Dried Raisins
  • 1/2 cup Sun-Maid Mediterranean Apricots, chopped
  • 4 cups oats or combination oats, rye and wheat flakes
  • 1/2 cup chopped nuts
  • 1/4 cup flaked coconut

Directions

    COMBINE all ingredients and store in airtight container.

    Cold Muesli: COMBINE 1/4 cup cereal with 1/2 cup yogurt, milk or fruit juice. Soak for 5-10 minutes or overnight.

    Hot Muesli: MIX 1/2 cup muesli with 1/2 cup milk or water in a saucepan or microwaveable bowl.

    Hot Muesli: BRING just to a boil, then simmer 3-5 minutes.

    Hot Muesli: SERVE topped with fresh fruit and yogurt.
