Ingredients:
• 1/2 cup diced red bell pepper
• 1/2 cup yellow bell pepper
• 1/2 cup green bell pepper
• 1 cup Sun-Maid Mediterranean Apricots or Raisins
• 1 cup diced fresh pineapple
• 1/2 cup diced red onion
• 1/2 cup jicama (optional)
• 1/4 cup finely chopped cilantro or parsley
• 1/2 seeded and minced jalapeno
• 2 to 3 tablespoons lime juice
• 1 small clove minced garlic
• 1/2 teaspoon chili powder
• 1/4 teaspoon ground cumin
• 1/4 teaspoon salt
Directions:
Simply combine all ingredients in medium bowl, then refrigerate for at least 1 hour for flavor to develop before serving. Enjoy!

Dough
• 1 package (2¼ tsp) dry yeast
• 1 cup warm milk
• 5 tbsp sugar
• Pinch of salt
• 2 cups unbleached all-purpose flour
• 2 eggs
• ½ cup unsalted butter, softened
Filling
• 8 oz cream cheese
• 1 egg yolk
• ¼ cup sugar
• ½ tsp vanilla extract
• Sun-Maid Raisins
Topping
• 1 cup plum jam
Instructions
1. To make the dough, first, add the milk, sugar, salt, and yeast in a bowl, then whisk until well combined. Next, add the eggs, butter, and flour. Mix to incorporate, then knead on a lightly floured surface until you have a smooth and springy dough.
2. Place the dough in a greased bowl, wrap it with cling film and store it in a warm place for 1-2 hours to rise.
3. Meanwhile, set the oven to preheat to 400°F, and mix the ingredients for the filling.
4. Place the dough on a lightly floured surface, then roll it out to a ¼-½ -inch thickness and cut into 2 ½-inch squares.
5. Place the filling in the center of each piece of dough, then close it by pinching together two opposite corners of a square. Drop a dollop of plum jam on top, then, if desired, sprinkle with streusel.
6. Arrange the kolache on a greased baking tray. Bake for 10-15 minutes, until golden brown.
7. Once baked, place kolache on a wire rack to cool completely.

✨ A Snowman Buttercream board is the perfect treat for family and friends getting together for the holidays! Using simple pantry ingredients, it takes no time to pull-off this festive holiday snack!! ⛄️
What you need:
• white icing
• Sun-Maid Raisins
• fruit wrap
• orange food coloring
• brown chocolate coated candy
• favorite dippers: pretzels, oatmeal raisin cookies, strawberries, wafer cookies
How to make it:
• Spoon icing into a gallon ziplock or piping bag.
• Snip the corner of the bag and draw three spiral circles for a snowman body.
• Line Sun-Maid Raisins to create a top hat and mouth.
• Place two candy coated chocolates for the eyes, fruit wrap for a scarf and orange food coloring to color some of the extra white icing for a nose.
